About Me

Born Brenden Alexander-Bernardes Klockenga from Springfield, IL. who is currently residing in Denver, CO as of 2019, is a self-taught artist who began to build his brand in January of 2021. 

Brenden, who always has had a creative mind, never pursued his artistic ability in a serious manner until January, 2021 due to a lack of fulfillment in life as a young adult. 

Now as an upcoming and emerging artist in the Denver-area, he has completed his first large canvas series titled, “Seeing the World Differently” (June, 2023) The series consists of self-portraits that boast bright color palettes and thick bold dot & linework to express how separation and togetherness are not far from each other. Each piece dives into the expansive and ongoing experiences of life.

“krizzle” is currently working on custom pieces for multiple clients, a line of affordable clothing for his collectors, starting his path as a muralist, and completing a new series.
